At Kanyon, we have İş'te Minik Kaşifler Sokağı, a special area designed for our children, sponsored by Türkiye İş Bankası. This special area, where children can learn through discovery while gaining environmental awareness, is waiting for our little guests on the -2nd floor.

As Kanyon, we have embraced life fully since the day we opened. Our guests meet their loved ones here and create colorful memories. With this understanding, we welcome our guests to enjoy Kanyon's indoor and outdoor areas together with their pets. At the same time, for dog friends who can be carried in arms or in a carrier bag, we ask that they be kept on a leash and carried in arms or in a carrier bag during your visit, so that all our guests can spend time together comfortably. For this reason, since shopping and lifestyle centers involve heavy foot traffic and cannot fully accommodate the need of large-breed dogs to move freely, we are unable to admit large-breed dogs that cannot be carried in arms or in a carrier bag. In addition, in line with the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's circular dated 07.12.2021 and numbered 2021/48, which lists American Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa, American Staffordshire Terrier, and American Bully breeds as "dangerous animals," we are also unable to welcome these breeds at Kanyon. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you pleasant moments at Kanyon with your furry friends.

Wheelchairs are available for elderly and disabled guests at the security points located at the Büyükdere Avenue entrance, Ecza Street entrance, and P1–P2 parking entrances.

To support families with children, baby strollers are available in the baby care room located on the P1 level.

Condo Valet service is available at the Büyükdere Avenue entrance and at the P1 parking level.

Located in the center of Istanbul, Kanyon is easily accessible through many transportation options, from the metro to private vehicles. You can find the option that works best for you below. Address: Büyükdere Cad. No:185 Levent 34394 İstanbul. By Metro: You can get off at Levent Station on the M2 metro line (Yenikapı ↔ Hacıosman) and reach Kanyon with a short walk. By Bus / Public Transport: There are many bus lines passing near Kanyon, such as 121A, 122C, 29D, and 29Ş. The "Fabrikalar – Levent" stop is very close to Kanyon, within walking distance. You can also reach Kanyon by İETT buses on the Maslak–Beşiktaş route or Sarıyer-Beşiktaş minibuses. By Private Vehicle: Follow the Kanyon signs along Büyükdere Caddesi and Ecza Sokak to use our parking entrances. By Taxi: When you arrive in the Levent area by taxi, follow the signs toward Büyükdere Caddesi and Ecza Sokak to reach Kanyon.
